    Every recipe I've tried from this cookbook so far has been delicious. I could make the Creamed Spinach every night...it is so easy to make, incredibly tasty and filling. Just tried the Vegan Chocolate Mousse and it was to die for! The recipes are very clearly written and easy to follow.

    I am very grateful for this book and am more and more impressed with the overall book after each recipe I make. Rarely do I leave feedback for products I purchase, but I felt compelled to for this. It has simplified eating healthy for me, with easy to make / easy to follow recipes that leave me feeling great after eating. This book has really sparked my interest in cooking and living the bulletproof lifestyle.

    Good book, it is a nice recap of the bullet proof book. Dave gives you the fist of the diet but then gives great recipes to help you with the diet.

    I like Dave Asprey's other books even more. I have found with authors of keto recipe cookbooks, the individual people tend to use the same ingredients and way of cooking. I tend to not use the ingredients that Dave primarily uses, but you may. I encourage you to read this one... and also Maria Emmerich's cookbooks that add a lot to the voids this one left me with. I enjoy Dave Asprey's other book, Head Strong, even more.

I'm no newbie to the world of low carb/paleo/primal, etc. When I've worked on losing weight in the past, it has been a struggle and the older I get the less quickly my body responds to low carb and dieting in general. I was not expecting anything more when reading about and embarking on Bulletproof, but I've been blown away! Not only did I start losing weight right away, I did not crave sugar or really anything, and I'm feeling much better than I have for a while.
    2. I used to work in catering/personal chef and taught cooking, so I have bought A LOT of cookbooks. The balance that I think is important in writing recipes for people who are changing their eating habits a) make them uncomplicated (so that you're not constantly thinking about food!), b) fairly easy to source ingredients (ever read diet recipes and go "what the hell is that and where am I supposed to buy it?!) and c) flavorful enough that you don't feel like a martyr.
    3. If you're thinking of doing this, don't just "dabble" and then complain if it doesn't work for you. Read The Bulletproof Diet, there are explanations and valid research backing up the ideas, and follow it for a while.

    I bought this for my dad as I am trying to encourage him to adopt a healthier way of eating and he's struggling a bit. I really admire Dave Asprey and all that he does, so buying this book was a win-win in that I helped give my dad ideas for more ancestral-food-based meals and I supported the Bulletproof brand and everything they're doing to improve people's health and well-being. Also, there really are some great recipes in here. You definitely won't run out of new and interesting things to try, along with a lot of easy recipes to make in a hurry. I make a lot of these in bulk on the weekend and freeze them in portions to eat throughout the week.

    After reading the actual book, Bulletproof Diet, by Dave I decided to get this cookbook to help me create some delicious meals and add variety. It starts with a recap of the original book which was good if you need an easy refresher. I found the recipes to be simple to follow but similar to the original book Dave does push his products in it. I still lost 10lbs the first month and really the only thing I'd changed is starting my day with Bulletproof coffee and sticking to low carb/high good fat meals. I'm sure if I go into full Bulletproof mode my results will be much better

    I've been somewhat keeping my weight under control with Atkins and Paleo, but I would get so hungry. It seemed to me the more I ate the more I wanted to eat. So I would start food deprivation to get it back under control.
    2 meals a day, a period of fasting, butter coffee in the morning is a perfect plan. Eat until satiated, don't count any calories, stick to the good fats and enjoy your food while shedding unwanted pounds. The recipes are easy, you just need to gather the ingredients and do it. I feel so good I don't even want to eat out. I do what is suggested when I'm hungry and it works, no need to eat!

    Great tasting food and good science. If you love flavorful meals that help melt off pounds buy this book. As a physician, I appreciate the author's attention to the basic science and human physiology as well as the referenced scientific studies. Following these guidelines I've eased off 25 pounds since the fall and feel sharper and more active. Regarding buying the Bulletproof products; people can read the referenced studies and look for similar products on other websites to buy from other sources.

    I am going to start this review by saying that I truly believe in the Bulletproof diet. I've been following Dave Asprey for a few years not, and I know for certain he does his research, and doesn't just fluff his statements.

    Now to the book....the recipes are solid in the book, but many I feel are re-hashed from the original Bulletproof Diet book, or stuff you can find online. If you are new to the diet, then I would recommend buying this book as it will give you a great overview and recipes to work off of.

    The Bulletproof Diet is amazing! I am losing weight so quickly, I feel a million times better, and I can think so clearly now! I have made several clever jokes at work lately (spur of the moment) and my co-workers have described me as "witty"! Haha! As a matter of fact, one co-worker said, "It is way to early to come up with such a witty joke!" Haha! I attribute my newfound brainpower to The Bulletproof Diet!

    Also, I had high blood pressure, and my blood pressure is back in normal range after I lost 20 pounds (which I did in a little over 3 weeks)!

    I purchased this book for myself and a couple for holiday gifts. I couldn't be more pleased w/how easy these recipes are and the way in which this book presents them....I can be challenged in the kitchen, but now i'm "kit'd" up w/these awesome recipes. While following the BP diet is straight forward, my lack of creativity in coming up w/recipes for meals that go beyond "simpleton" have single-handedly been solved by this book. I'm blown away by the level of effort that has culminated in this incredible cookbook. A++ to Dave Asprey and all those at Bulletproof and beyond who had a hand in this. #Thankful

    Wow, this is a cookbook to love! The first 60 pages are charts and classic Dave commentary (always clear and concise, totally informative and useful. Noted the omission of a "breakfast" section... lol cuz we're all drinking BP coffee in the am! I'm a big fan of the many incarnations of butternut squash (BP Butternut Latte, Butternut Squash and Sweet Potato Risotto (sounds so orange, nice branding), and this one: Chestnut Dumplings with Arugula and (Butternut) squash! Seriously.
